The Feal 60 S is based on a modular aluminum construction with visible profile width 60 mm, which achieves increased stability and load-bearing capacity without impairing the visual elegance of the facade.

The system supports the creation of various types of openings and windows:
- tilt-and-turn (dreh-kipp)
- tilting inwards (kipp)
- open outwards (senk-klapp)
- roof windows and parallel opening
It is compatible with FEAL window and door systems: TERMO 60, 65, 85, 85 PA, 120+, 150+ and INOWA, allowing full integration into all types of buildings. Doors can be swinging, sliding, swinging or automatic.
Glazing and sealing
Feal 60 S supports both glazing methods:
Continuous glazing
with the help of EPDM seals, tightening and cover strips (square, rounded or elliptical shapes)
Structured glazing
with glass holders and silicone sealant to achieve an all-glass look without external aluminum covers
The system accepts a wide range of IZO glasses – transparent or opaque, with advanced thermal, acoustic and safety characteristics.
Resistance, drainage and ventilation
Feal 60 S is made of material resistant to UV radiation, moisture, temperature changes and mold. Waterproof strips and precise seals prevent moisture from penetrating the insulation. The system allows two-level or three-level condensate drainage:
- Two levels - the condensate is drained from the horizontal to the vertical profile
- Three levels - they allow an additional lead from the auxiliary vertical to the horizontal, and then to the main vertical profile
Thanks to integrated channels, air flows continuously within the facade construction, ensuring natural ventilation and drying of moisture caused by condensation.
