FEAL Group, one of the leading manufacturers of aluminum profiles in the region, is beginning a new phase of development with the construction and equipping of a modern factory in Karlovac - FEAL's first factory within the European Union. <\/strong>This strategic investment worth 32 million euros brings a hundred new jobs, the latest technology and energy-efficient production.<\/p>

Thanks to its size, significance and development potential, the investment in the Karlovac factory has won the Lider magazine award for the largest production investment of the year in 2025.<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

FEAL has more than 50 years of experience in aluminum processing.<\/strong> It has been operating in its modern form since 2000, with headquarters in \u0160iroki Brijeg, and exports more than 80 % of production to the markets of Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The Karlovac factory is completing a two-year investment cycle of expansion, which increases total production capacity to 85,000 tons per year.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In addition to new jobs, the investment will have a strong effect on the local economy through the development of suppliers and partners.<\/p>

"Croatia is a strategic location for us, not only because of logistics and the market, but also because of the qualified workforce. The factory in Karlovac will produce construction profiles and enable additional export growth and competitiveness on the European market," points out Ante Musa, Director of the FEAL Group. <\/strong>Technological equipment and energy efficiency<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The plant is equipped with a 18 MN press, a line for plasticizing and mechanical processing of aluminum construction profiles for facades, windows, doors, partition walls, etc. <\/strong>These lines enable a complete production process \u2013 from shaping to finishing of profiles for the construction industry. In addition to modern technology, special emphasis is placed on sustainability \u2013 a solar power plant has been built on the roof of the hall, and an advanced purification system allows the reuse of wastewater in production. The goal is to reduce energy consumption per kilogram of pressed products by 7 % by 2029, and to maintain CO\u2082 emissions per ton of product below the European average.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In order to reduce the negative impact on the environment, FEAL is committed to sustainable development by applying environmentally friendly practices through investment in renewable energy sources, energy efficiency and recycling and waste reduction.<\/p>
