In the new episode of the show Architects and Projects (Nova TV), we presented the Osijek Business Centre \u2013 one of the most significant public projects in the region and a new symbol of the city's contemporary architecture. The facility has quickly become a central venue for fairs, conferences, and business events, and has won the European Award for the Most Beautiful Facade, competing against numerous international projects.<\/p>

The project stands out due to its combination of functionality, sustainable solutions, and a strong architectural identity, with FEAL's aluminium facade systems and the high level of technical execution by partner HB Produkt playing a key role.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The architectural concept for the Economic Centre was devised by Studio Sirrah<\/strong> under the guidance of the architect Mislava Salitre\u017ei\u0107a<\/strong>, whose vision combines functionality, aesthetics, and contemporary design. Their approach to shaping the facade and volume of the building allowed for harmonious integration with the FEAL 50 FS system, creating a recognisable visual identity and a pronounced play of light through large glass surfaces. The collaboration between architects and engineers ensured that the technical implementation fully matched the architectural vision, energy standards, and functional requirements of the building.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

FEAL Structural Facade System as the Foundation of Visual Identity<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Facade Osijek Business Centre<\/a><\/span> It has been realised with FEAL's 50 FS aluminium facade system, which combines a ventilated cladding and large glass modules. The system allows for the creation of structural glass facades with high glass panes, while minimising the aluminium content, thereby achieving exceptional openness of the building and a strong penetration of natural light.<\/p>

Specially designed panels create a rhythm and play of light that changes throughout the day, giving the building a dynamic and recognisable appearance from every angle. The flexibility of the 50 FS system allowed for the implementation of vertical, inclined and roof facade surfaces and easy integration with other FEAL door and window systems.<\/p>

The project was realised by FEAL engineer Gojko Kordi\u0107<\/strong>, whose technical solutions ensured full compliance of the architectural idea with the high technical and energy requirements of the building.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

HB Produkt \u2013 key partner in execution<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The contractor for facade and aluminium works at the Osijek Business Centre was HB Produkt, a partner who played a significant role in the final realisation of the project. HB Produkt launched<\/strong> structural facade, installed aluminium brise-soleils, large entrance aluminium doors, internal glass and wooden partitions, internal aluminium doors, and other aluminium and HPL elements.<\/p>

The complexity of the project, the dimensions of the elements, and the high quality requirements have set new standards in the execution of facade solutions, with the collaboration between FEAL and HB Produkt resulting in a precise, aesthetically impressive, and long-term sustainable construction.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

FEAL's fa\u00e7ade system for the execution of structural glass fa\u00e7ades, applied to the Osijek Business Centre, meets the criteria of the nZEB standard, ensuring high energy efficiency, reduced heat loss, and long-term functionality of the building.<\/p>

This project further confirms FEAL's expertise in the execution of complex public facilities, in addition to already completed projects such as Opus Arena Osijek<\/a><\/span>, one of the most modern stadiums in the region, where FEAL's systems were also used.<\/p>

The Osijek Business Centre today represents a new architectural landmark for the city, an example of successful collaboration between investors, designers, system manufacturers, and contractors.
