Technical and aesthetic excellence<\/strong><\/h3>

Passive houses represent the highest standard of energy efficiency, and one of the more interesting examples in the world is Passive Haus Bruck, which was built in 2014 in China, aiming to prove that this type of construction has potential in areas with humid and warm climates. Triple-glazed windows adorn this 2,200 square meter complex and are an important asset in achieving energy efficiency.<\/p>

Among the more interesting global projects is BedZED, the first ecological neighborhood in the world with low-energy houses, green roofs and zero waste habits of its residents, built in 2002 in London.
