Superior insulation and quality
FEAL, in addition to the Karlovac plant, owns three automated lines for joining aluminum profiles with thermal break (PTM), with a total annual capacity of 12,000 tons.
The lines enable the connection of profiles with a maximum cross-section of 410×360 mm, including aluminum-PVC-wood combinations, in single- or two-color versions.

The production process of connecting PTM profiles
The process of connecting profiles with a broken thermal bridge takes place in four stages,
ensuring high quality and durability of the connection.

Additional insulation with XPS inserts
To further increase thermal efficiency, the internal chambers of PTM profiles are equipped with XPS insulation insertsThese inserts reduce convection losses within the profile and further improve the U-values of the finished elements – without increasing the dimensions of the system.
