Superior insulation and quality

FEAL, in addition to the Karlovac plant, owns three automated lines for joining aluminum profiles with thermal break (PTM), with a total annual capacity of 12,000 tons.

The lines enable the connection of profiles with a maximum cross-section of 410×360 mm, including aluminum-PVC-wood combinations, in single- or two-color versions.

FEAL's thermal break profiles ensure superior thermal insulation, mechanical strength and durability, thus contributing to energy-efficient construction according to the highest EU standards.

Additional insulation with XPS inserts

To further increase thermal efficiency, the internal chambers of PTM profiles are equipped with XPS insulation insertsThese inserts reduce convection losses within the profile and further improve the U-values of the finished elements – without increasing the dimensions of the system.
