Elumatec machining centers are located on the machining line: SBZ 122, SBZ 131, SBZ 150, SBZ 151 15 m long and SBZ 151 30 m long for processing more complex positions, facade systems and making various fittings.

Robotic cell for welding metal products
We present to you a robotic cell for welding metal products with a maximum dimension of 1.5 x 3 ms with an integrated rotary table, a Fanuc robotic arm of the AM-100ID/8L series and a Fronius TPS 400i CMT welding device. The welding robot, as well as the latest laser, are located in our new plant Cerno - Ljubuški.

CNC machining
On our CNC machining machines, we can process aluminum rods up to 30 m long.
SBZ 150 and 151 are five-axis CNC machines for processing bar profiles up to 30 m long. The machines are fully automated and support CAD/CAM data exchange.

Laser cutting
Fiber laser
is the most efficient way of laser cutting. Fiber technology is primarily suitable for processing thin to thick sheets of aluminum, stainless steel and steel and other non-ferrous metals (copper and brass). The machine is fully automated and supports CAD/CAM data exchange.

BySmart Fiber 3015 6kW
is a CNC machine for laser cutting of sheet metal with which we can cut up to a maximum format of 3000×1500 mm, and from a minimum thickness of 0.8 mm to the maximum thicknesses of the following materials:
