Pressing of aluminum profiles

FEAL's profile extrusion production lines feature advanced technology and high quality standards, enabling the production of aluminum profiles with superior mechanical properties.

7 MODERN PRESSING LINES

PRESSES WITH A FORCE OF 14 MN,
18 MN, 25 MN AND 35 MN

AUTOMATED CUTTING, LAYING AND HEAT TREATMENT

MAXIMUM PRECISION AND QUALITY CONTROL

High-tech pressing process

In our modern aluminum profile pressing facility, production is carried out on seven hydraulic presses of various capacities, which allows flexibility in profile dimensions and properties.

The process includes:

Continuous guidance and cooling is ensured by means of an air or water wave.

precise cutting up to 13 m and elimination of the possibility of damage.

artificial aging of the profile at 180 °C for 6 hours, ensuring optimal mechanical properties
