About the facility
Located in Rakovica, the SPELEON Underground Heritage Center architecturally interprets the richness and layering of the karst underground through a contemporary architectural expression.
The project is signed by Zagreb architect Kristina Radelić (STO POSTO PRIRODNO doo), while the interior design and furnishing of the space comes from the Šibenik-based company KOCKA doo, under the leadership of designer Marko Barišić. Feal's 85 VS and 50 K aluminum systems are integrated into the building, which ensure high energy efficiency, functionality and a recognizable aesthetic standard. The use of these systems further emphasizes the modernity of the building and its harmony with the natural environment of the Barać caves.
