In the very center of Pula, the reconstruction of the former Mehanika building has created a modern entrepreneurial center, Coworking Pula, intended to bring together entrepreneurs, startups and freelancers in the field of new technologies and high-value-added services.
The author's project by renowned architect Bruno Juričić brings a clear blend of tradition and innovation, where industrial heritage is given a new function through contemporary architectural language and advanced technical solutions. The building integrates Feal's Fasada 50 FK aluminum system, which allows for a high level of interior light, energy efficiency and an elegant, refined appearance of the outer shell.
The contractor was the Ligo Group, and the project was implemented with the support of the European Union through the Integrated Territorial Investment Mechanism, as a strong incentive for the development of the entrepreneurial climate in the urban area of Pula.
