The Cibona Tower, one of the most recognizable features of Zagreb's modernism, has once again shone in its full glory thanks to a comprehensive facade renovation carried out with state-of-the-art FEAL systems. This architectural gem, designed by renowned architects Marijan Hržić, Ivan Crnobori, Željko Kovačić and Boris Sila, was originally designed for the Universiade in 1987 and still represents one of the most important symbols of the city of Zagreb's newer urban identity.
Novi vlasnik Ciboninog tornja Agram, za obnovu je angažirao tvrtku HANO koje je u suradnji s FEAL-om riješila sve funkcionalne i estetske zahtjeve. Na Ciboninom tornju zamijenjeno je 1863 komada Element fasade, ukupne kvadrature 5.765 m², a u sklopu objekta obnovljeno je i 220 m² obješene i strukturalne fasade.
The show featured Damir Šimunović, director of FEAL Croatia, and architect Milivoj Cota (Cota i Cota doo), who presented the challenges, innovations, and professional approaches that enabled such a complex project to be realized without compromising on safety and quality.

The most modern FEAL facade system for complete transformation of the building
The renovation used the advanced FEAL element facade system, developed to meet the highest standards of technical quality, aesthetics and durability.
Thanks to new solutions, it has been improved:
- energy efficiency of the building,
- stability and durability of facade elements,
- visual recognition modeled after the original look from 1987.
With this renovation, Cibona Tower has received a modern facade envelope that fully preserves its architectural value, while at the same time raising the standards of functionality and sustainability.
