At production locations in Široki Brijeg and Ljubuški, Feal's machining encompasses a wide range of technologies: milling, drilling, tapping, stamping, cutting, sawing, bending, welding, polishing and grinding.
Welding of metal products
In addition to manual MIG and TIG welding, we have also installed a robotic cell for welding metal products with an integrated turntable.

Milling, drilling and tapping
On our CNC machining machines, we can process aluminum rods up to 30 meters long.
We process aluminum profiles up to 30 m long on 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centers. The machines are fully automated and support CAD/CAM data exchange.

Laser cutting
Fiber laser
is the most efficient way of laser cutting. Fiber technology is primarily suitable for processing thin to thick sheets of aluminum, stainless steel and steel and other non-ferrous metals (copper and brass). The machine is fully automated and supports CAD/CAM data exchange.
6 kW fiber laser
with working dimensions of 1500 x 3000 mm enables the processing of sheets in the range of thicknesses 0.8 - 30 mm and offers the possibility of engraving.

Bending of aluminum profiles – ARCUS 12 CNC
The ARCUS – 12 CNC machine enables bending of aluminum profiles in one plane with a nominal force of 12 T, ensuring high precision and flexibility in production.

Sheet metal bending – Xact Smart 160/3100
A hydraulic CNC press of 160 t enables cold bending of sheets up to a maximum length of 3100 mm, ensuring high precision and repeatability of bending.

is a double-headed saw for sawing aluminum profiles with a maximum cutting capacity of 6600 mm.

Profile sawing
On single-headed and double-headed saws, we can saw spatial corners with a thickness of 3 mm.
