About the facility
Located in the modern Düsseldorf Airport City area, the Panta Rhei office building stands out with its undulating facade, contemporary design and high level of user comfort. The name of the building, which translates from Greek as “everything flows”, is inspired by the philosophy of Heraclitus and symbolizes constant change and adaptation – ideas that are translated into flexible floor plans and the architectural dynamics of the building.
The building was completed in 2013, and special attention was paid to sustainability and energy efficiency, which is confirmed by the international LEED Gold certificate. As part of the project, Feal profiles were used, which played a key role in the realization of the corrugated glass facade, ensuring high technical performance, durability and aesthetic purity of the building's outer envelope.
