Located in the heart of Frankfurt, within the prestigious Senckenberg Quartier, the One Forty West tower – also known as the T-Rex – reaches an impressive height of 140 meters, combining luxury hotel accommodation and modern living in a unique hybrid concept. The architectural signature of this demanding facility comes from the Cyrus Moser Architects studio, which designed the solid-structure building with clearly divided functions – a hotel in the lower half (ground floor to 15th floor) and apartments in the upper zone (17th to 40th floor), separated by a technical floor. Feal aluminum profiles are integrated into the tower, ensuring high functionality, durability and a modern aesthetic impression, in accordance with the architectural standards of one of the most ambitious projects in Frankfurt.
