50 FS
For high-performance structural glass facades
Feal 50 FS is an aluminum facade system designed for the production of structural glass facades that provide a modern, fully glazed appearance, without visible external aluminum elements. The system is based on a thermally insulated load-bearing aluminum structure and enables high energy efficiency, long-term stability and complete adaptation to projects with different requirements.
50 FS is used in the construction of structured, self-supporting facades with an emphasis on a clean aesthetic impression and advanced thermal protection. It is suitable for office buildings, shopping centers, public buildings and various architectural solutions where an elegant, fully glazed outer shell with a high level of functionality is required.

Product description
The Feal 50 FS system enables the construction of facades with a flat glass surface, without visible cover profiles from the outside. The main aluminum structure has an internal visible width of 50 mm, and the glass is attached using internal holders, EPDM seals and structured silicone adhesive.
Fully glass exterior
without aluminum breaks
High level of thermal and
soundproofing
Possibility of implementing complex architectural requirements
Compatibility with various types
types of openings and windows
Reliable drainage and ventilation
through multiple levels
Long-term resistance to
weather conditions and humidity
The system is compatible with opening facade elements, such as:
- tilt-and-turn windows (dreh-kipp)
- inward-opening windows (kipp)
- open outwards (senk-klapp)
- skylights and parallel openings
Also, integration with Feal window and door systems (TERMO 60, 65, 85, 120+, 150+, INOWA) allows for complete architectural freedom. It is possible to install doors of various types – opening, sliding, automatic and swinging.
Glazing and sealing
Facade glass is attached:
Using EPDM seals
Structured silicone sealant
Glass holder inside
This way, a clean structural glass surface is achieved on the outside, without the need for external aluminum masks. It is possible to use IZO glass with different characteristics: safety, energy-efficient, reflective, low-emission or combined.
Resistance, drainage and ventilation
The materials used are resistant to UV radiation, moisture, temperature differences and microorganisms. Seals and strips prevent water and steam from penetrating the interior. The system allows condensate to be guided through multiple levels: a two-level or three-level drainage system that eliminates excess moisture from the structure through natural fall.
Air ducts integrated into vertical and horizontal profiles enable constant ventilation of the facade, which prevents the accumulation of moisture and ensures long-term functionality.
