The company FEAL Hrvatska doo is the winner of the prestigious “100% Lider invest” award for the best large investment in Croatia.
The award was given for the project "Investment in a production facility for the production of aluminum profiles" - a modern factory located in Karlovac, which represents a significant step forward in domestic industrial production.
The expert jury, composed of leading experts from the fields of economy, industry and public administration – Zdenko Lucić (Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs), Dr. Sc. Mladen Vedriš (Effectus University of Applied Sciences), Prof. Dr. Sc. Marijana Ivanov (Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb), Prof. Dr. Sc. Bojan Jerbić (Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture), Boris Teški (Instar) and Miodrag Šajatović (Lider media) – recognized the significance and impact of this project on the Croatian economy.
The award ceremony took place as part of the Investment Conference on June 13, 2025 at the Westin Hotel in Zagreb. The award was ceremonially presented to the Director of FEAL Croatia, Damir Šimunović, by Zdenko Lucić, State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Croatia.
The FEAL factory in Karlovac was officially launched in May this year and represents one of the most modern production units for aluminum profiles in the region. With an investment of more than 32 million euros, the factory not only strengthens the Croatian industrial base, but also creates new jobs and contributes to strengthening exports and technological competitiveness.
